Information you provide
When you contact NCRS, you may provide your name, contact details, address, photographs and details of a proposed clearance. These details are used to answer questions, prepare quotations and arrange requested services.
How enquiries are sent
When you choose WhatsApp, the enquiry form prepares a message containing the details you entered. You review and send it yourself in WhatsApp. When you choose email, the form sends your enquiry through Web3Forms to NCRS’s configured email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submitted details to deliver that enquiry. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database. WhatsApp, Web3Forms and Facebook are third-party services with their own privacy notices.
Purpose and retention
Enquiry information is used to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, deliver an agreed service and maintain necessary business records. Information should only be retained for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You can contact NCRS to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
